SAGE Quality Policy

TÜBİTAK SAGE provides indigenous products and services required for the current and future requirements of the Turkish Armed Forces and Defense Industry through national research and development activities based on knowledge and high technology.

The fulfilment of this is based on customer satisfaction, ensuring added value to the country, continuous development and satisfaction of employees, the global and national competitiveness of the products and services and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

SAGE Occupational Health and Safety Policy

TÜBİTAK SAGE has established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that meets legal requirements and the requirements of TS ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems - Requirements Standard and whose effectiveness is continuously improved.

While implementing this system, TÜBİTAK SAGE is committed to:

Creating safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injury and ill health,
Complying with applicable legal requirements and conditions agreed upon with customers,
Elimination of hazards and reduction of occupational health and safety risks,
Continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System,
It is committed to consulting and engaging employees and employee representatives.

All TÜBİTAK SAGE employees internalize the elements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and apply them to achieve occupational health and safety targets in all their work.

SAGE Environmental Policy

TÜBİTAK SAGE has established an Environmental Management System that complies with legal requirements and the TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems – Requirements Standard, and is continuously improved in terms of its effectiveness.

By applying this system in all its activities as part of its mission, TÜBİTAK SAGE is committed to:

Taking necessary measures to prevent pollution and protect the environment,
Ensuring sustainable use of resources,
Complying with applicable legal requirements,
Committed to continuous improvement in order to increase environmental performance.

All TÜBİTAK SAGE employees internalize the elements of the Environmental Management System and apply them in all their activities to achieve the Environmental Management System objectives.

SAGE Test and Calibration Policy

In line with customer expectations, TÜBİTAK SAGE has established a management system that meets the legal requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and whose effectiveness is continuously improved.

Within the scope of its test and calibration activities, TÜBİTAK SAGE is committed to:

Achieving technical excellence and high-quality standards in accordance with current national and/or international standards,
Ensuring that all work is free from any commercial, financial, or other internal/external pressures and influences that could negatively impact its quality,
Refraining from engaging in any activity that would compromise competence, impartiality, or trust in its decision-making or operations,
Adhering to impartiality, identifying risks related to impartiality, and taking action to address such risks,
To keep confidential all information obtained or created during the realization of the studies, except where legally required,
Carrying out all activities with a continuous focus on customer satisfaction.

SAGE Information Security Policy

TÜBİTAK SAGE has established an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001 standard to protect information assets and manage information security risks. This policy covers all information assets owned or operated by TÜBİTAK SAGE. This applies in all electronic and physical environments throughout the lifecycle of the assets.

By applying this system in all its activities as part of its mission, TÜBİTAK SAGE is committed to:

Implementing appropriate controls to ensure information security and protect information assets,
Continuously assessing, analyzing, and managing information security risks,
Complying with legislation and regulatory requirements related to information security,
Raising employee awareness and providing training on information security,
